Because we don't yet own a dump trailer, each job requires us to rent a trailer from a local provider (typically $75–$150/day in the Montgomery County area) and pay disposal fees at the Montgomery County Landfill on TX-105 East in Conroe (approximately $45–$85 per ton based on weight, plus a minimum gate fee). These costs are factored into every quote we provide — there are no hidden fees. Every quote covers labor, trailer rental, fuel, and disposal. What you're quoted is what you pay.

Junk removal pricing depends on volume, weight, access difficulty, and number of trips to the disposal facility. Heavy materials like concrete, tile, and dirt cost more per load due to higher landfill tipping fees. We always give you a firm price before we start — no surprises.
